To everyone complaining that the mass relays exploding would destroy the systems they're in, maybe watch the ending again? They explode, but the energy they release is the same energy as the crucible's energy. So, if you do green, they explode and the energy of the explosion is the green energy.
Same with red and blue. The explosions do release tons of energy in their systems, but not in a damaging form. In Arrival, the energy released was raw dark energy, not crucible transformed energy, so goodbye system. How are people not getting this?

I think people are more upset of the destruction of the mass relay system. Not the systems, the mass relays are in.
It basically destroys the whole interstellar community, until a time they can build their own relay network, and traps the fleet, at earth.
