The fact that they hyped up Ashley before the game releases, then you only get her for 1 mission then she's gone for like 1/3rd of the game.
Then when she comes back, she doesn't say much. Not on the Normandy anyways.
Not that spoilerish but this annoyed me more than anything so far:

I was hoping she'd rot int he hospital. Spends the first mission insinuating you led Cerberus to Mars and moaning about everything. I let her be Hackett's problem.

I felt the same way about Kaidan. I thought he'd end up being more important than he was. The only thing Kaidan got to do in my game was get rejected. XD
Dumped by Shep in favour of a dying Drell.
ETA: I was actually surprised when I found out you could reject their readmission onto the Normandy altogether. o _O

@ Kite: I don't know. I kind of liked Ashley's distrust. Really solidified the interpersonal implications of the fear of indoctrination. Made it very real. But yes. She was mad hyped up, and then had a relatively tiny part to play.
