 Ok I bought the DDE, and have been playing it.
I have access to all the collectors edition materials including From the Ashes and the alternate appearance pack.
I have even recieved my raider shorgun, argus rifle, and N7 valkyrie and defender armor.
Here is my issue, I have no ingame access to the N7 Arsenal pack, which according to origin help is delivered directly by the origin client and required no DLC code.

Any ideas?

In origins if click on the little i icon for mass effect 3 it will give you a summary of the game and DLC. Next to each DLC bonus it will installed or ready for download.

 Everything in my list is instlalled, these items are supposed to be delivered directly by the origin client.
I have
AT12 Raider Shotgun pack
From Ashes
M55 Argus Assault Rifle
M90 Indra Sniper Rifle
Mass Effect 3 Digital Art Books
Mass Effect 3 Soundtrack
N7 Collectors Edition Materials <-- I believe this should contain the additiona weapons and appearance pack
N7 Warfare Gear
In that oirder
And I have deleted and reinstalled the DLC files just to be sure and still evertyhing shows up ingame except the N7 sniper rifle, shotgu, smg, and pistol

Well now thanks to my 3rd go round with EA support which has ended with the client bugging out because of a window they popped up over the client. I now have an extra N7 warfare pack code but still no N7 arsenal items. The heck with it, I still feel cheated outta my extra money for the DDE but I've wasted enough time on this crap. No need to compound the issue further.
