I want some BioWare answers, at least a heads up that they care about the fan base, instead of trolling us.
To answer you question, all 3 are literally the same. Mass Relays destroyed. Humanity survival put in question. In one of them you basically gave up your humanity and merge with the machines. Seems like the only conclusion were humanity actaully could live on.

Its either synthesis or control but none of the them are best. You either become a reaper, remove all diversity, or send the galaxy back to the stone age. No matter what you choose you are dooming the galaxy.

None are really the best. It's just different way for Shepard to choose what will happen to galactic evolution.
In my opinion Destroy. If you don't want to loose your Humanity and see Shepard survive (if you have high EMS 4000 or 5000 depends if Anderson is "saved"). You also allow each species to devlop it self without a pre-programmed evolution by the Reapers.

My opinion is destroy...why should they be allowed to fly off while the rest of us are basically stuck with a flat tire now. Sorry Geth I fought hard for you, but they wouldn't let me save you in the end...EDI i'm more sorry for...makes me sad. But I refuse to join them because what is to stop it from all just happening again in 50,000 more years, and merge just seems ridiculous to me. I dunno whose idea merge was, but it was terrible.
