Now, while I'm enjoying Mass Effect 3 thus far it does have quite a few issues that could do with patching.
The ones that I hope to see patched, at least at the moment, are:
1. The import issues - though we know that Bioware is working on this, so it's almost certainly going to be included.
2. Online dependency - I have shoddy internet at the university campus and not being able to play because the internet is out and it can't verify my DLC is unacceptable, the DLC should be verified once and then I should be able to play any time.
3. Kelly's appearance - while it may have been a conscious decision to limit Kelly to playthroughs where she was pursued romantically, this cheats many players out of their fish, and from interacting with a character they may like.
What do you guys hope to see in the next patch?

That those of us who can't even play the game will be able to play it.

Yeah, it took me about ten hours to install because of the damned PhysX issues.
And another one to add for me:
4. Key binding issues - this is a PC only issue, but after rebinding keys sometimes functions don't work correctly, for example I had to reset them to the default to exit the Atlas.

I would like to see a fix for the shadows in the conversations. They are way to dark.

That my damn game will stop freezing and unfreezing every few minutes. Ridiculous that more graphically demanding games do not give me nearly as much trouble as this game has.

Import issues for sure. I so want to play the shepard I played for 2 previous games. Getting the romance options right, as well as the other things, like the rachini. I saved them in the two games I played, but one of my saves shows I killed them, which I didn't. Also, Miranda relationship was totally ignored. :/
Also fixing the quest bugs. The Hanar quest for me was bugged, now its just 'gone'. The Hanar itself is gone too.. :/

Which hanar quest is that? The one with indoctrinated one on the Citadel?

An "Always off" option for Shepard's helmet. There's one for squadmates, but not for Shepard.

That too, I know you guys took the time to model those helmets and stuff, but we did the same for our Shepard's face.

I want hi-res textures for those of us who dish out lots of money for high end gaming PC's. These made for console graphics are garbage. Also, fix animations and cameras during cut/dialogue scenes.
Oh yeah, and.... GET RID OF ORIGIN IT SUCKS!

I have some problems with Shepard moves, animations are bad, like sprint animation on Normandy...
Of course saves import problems too + HiRes Tex Patch that I want so much
Also I want more settings for PC version, like FOV, texture quality settings etc.
BW please fix Quest bugs!!
Is it too much to ask for?

While I would love high resolution textures, at the moment I just want my game working correctly and for all characters to be present.

1) I'd like the store in the co-op version to work consistently.
Currently out 80 Bioware pts and something like 200k credits from times when the store hung on purchasing something and took my stuff and never gave me a box for it. Been more then a day now since I lost the BW pts and 120k of that and still not gotten my stuff.
2) Shepard to look at who he's talking too.
Happens in some conversations, noticeably on the ship where his head will be turned to look at Glyph while Glyph moves and bounces in the room even while he's talking to Liara. Had it happen in several other conversations where there are two people you can talk with in close proximity and he'll be looking at the wrong one.
Edit: Noticed NPCs do this too. Worse case I've seen was after the Normandy mission involving the cooling pipe, the NPCs talking about the job all had their heads twisted far enough to the side I'd think they had broken necks while talking and facing someone other than me.
3) Shepard getting his shoes stuck on Jokers chair.
Found that I have to be very very very careful where I stand when talking to Joker as sometimes it seems like after the conversation Shepard's feet either have sunk a little into the floor or he gets stuck on some bit of geometry right behind and to either side of Jokers chair and it takes a while to get him free of whatever he is getting caught on (assuming I can get him free at all, had to reload a few times after that).
4) Quest markers either pointing to inactive locations or not disappearing.
So many quests, especially the Citadel ones, have this problem where the little blue objective diamond shows up showing you where an active location is but then either is pointing you to the wrong location, or it doesn't go away after you interact with the item at that location so the rest of your time on the Citadel you have this weird marker floating around the screen pointing at items from completed quests.
Edit: Found more bugs (03/12/12)
5) I'd like to get my fish back from ME2. Imported a save where I had them all at the end of the game and they were alive, but the NPC who is supposed to give them back to me (who did live through ME2) never shows up and never returns them.
6) I'd like the fish I buy during ME3 to actually show up. Bought fish and the Fishtank VI and none of them have ever shown up in my captain's cabin. Not even visiting immediately after purchase when they were new enough they shouldn't have had a chance to die yet.

nobody else having this problem? seriously? happens to me ALL THE TIME: an enemy floating helpless in a singularity, i shoot a warp at him, an impact animation, but no biotic explosion. No damage. No effect at all.
