I'm Playing through again anyway i know the endings now. I know that Bioware wont fix it like they didnt fix DA2 they just added shtuff to give fangasms "Oh my goodness it's felicia day!" but noone cared because noone could stomache playing DA2 . ME3 is fun enough . But After DA2 and the ending to ME3 i'm done. this was Biowares last chance with me. I shouldnt be so Harsh though . if you look back as far as KOTOR Bioware endings looked good in KOTOR 1 but in 2 you found out it didnt even matter because revan aka the grey warden vanished and then the exile aka hawke followed him. .

I don't plan on it not until the ending gets changed you know maybe that blast was just a hallucination and the ending can be change and heck even the final 10 mins or so. I don't plan on replaying it for awhile. It's strange these last few games LOZ skyward sword, metroid other m and now this.I thought these games were awesome at first but then they just bottom out. The ending just ruined it for me and mass effect.

The game was ruined once the stupid 'kid' shows up... 'explaining' about the Reapers... Why on earth did you do that? The greatest mysteries should remain that way.. Everything Sovereign talking about 'Beyond our understanding' has just become... 'understandable' and not in the good way.

But then to add salt to the injury, he says 'You have hope, more than you know', and rambling about 'synthesis' being the pinnacle to evolution. What a joke...

Don't listen to that infernal machine Shepard! D:

there are a few other threads about this all being a possible hallucination.  kinda makes sense IMO... why else is teh AI a child that looks exactly like the one shepard's been dreaming of.  also, shep passes out right before the whole end scene.

I won't be playing ME3 through again until a save editor is released and I can create a god-like character to stomp through Insanity. I earned my ME1 and ME2 Insanity achievements because I LIKED those games. I do not enjoy ME3 at all.

I have to force myself to play the darn game because I feel I'm obligated after spending the money!

I actually am considering going back into ME2 and seducing Thane so his death scene will be even more tragic and Shepards Rage against Kai Leng more epic.

I played through ME1, oh...countless times probably!  ME2, I practically have every line of dialogue memorized.  But I can barely even look at the ME3 case after that ending.  Is anyone else in the same boat?  I'm curious.

I've tried all three endings, tried playing multiplayer--I just can't stand the game anymore.

And that really hurts.

I am with you. Since Mass Effect 1 I got 5 full careers all with different things in them. Even going through the first one I was thinking about my other Shepards but now I just do not see playing them. Knowing the end of the game just ruins it.

Tried a NG+ playthrough. I'm 20 minutes in. Can't get any further.

I think you should get achievement points/ ps3 trophy for replaying after watching the ending. That's gonna be harder than insanity difficulty.

Played the 1st game 6 times, 2nd game 4 times, was planning to do a marathon 1-3 playthrough after I was done with 3.

Now I don't even want to look at anything ME related.

I hope that if Bioware doesnt intend on giving us an ending thats fulfilling then it at least Releases an public announcement Defending it's decision Lets see if it has enough Paragon or Renegade Points saved up to convince the fans.

To answer your question, no I do not feel like playing ME3 in its current state again for a long while.
The ending , because there is only one really, just makes me numb because nothing else matters really. The reapers win no matter what one way or another

so ive read alot about how people would like a dlc that would change the ending, and i think i have thought of a dlc that would work, provided you get the ending where shepard lives(breathing cutscene), and i know it would require the destruction ending which may upset some people, but still this is the only idea i have for changing end of the game without completely altering what bioware has already done, so here it is: they title it some cliche like mass effect: recovery or something like that and shepard is found by alliance or his LI or his(her) crew or something like that, shepard then is tasked with helping restore the galatic races to its former glory, the dlc would be based on a series of missions in which a new means of travel across the galaxy is devised/ discoverd, or even reconstruction of mass relays, which would also allow shepard to complete side quest he(she) skipped before the final mission that were not reaper invasion related. then bam! there is a happily ever after disney cliche ending where shepard is reunited with his(her) LI and they live happily ever after, and allows for the introduction of even more new dlc's. i dont even know how bioware is supposed to introduce new dlc if you cant continue to play after the final attack, without the game just sending you back to right before the attack on the cerberus base attack.

thoughts? feelings? opinions?
