I have had my saved games corrupted twice.  

Both times my shepard's appearance is altertered (red head wtf) and I am reset to level 1. All money etc is gone, but I am at exactly the same place in the story.

The first time this happened I had a quick save from shortly before that was unaffected.  

Since then, I have been quick saving and normal saving before I quit.  It happened again today, I resumed game and my shepard is level 1 with no skills or money, but exacrtly where I left off in game.  Both my quick save and my autosave are like this.  

My next oldest save is a good 3 hours back.   This really sucks, is there any way to repair these and keep it from happening again?

Ok i have issue and it's frustrating Sheppard's skills all locked all my money gone...and my last quick save made 10 hrs ago.So how can i fix that?Need quick response from bioware cant play game like this.
