If the relays get destroyed in every system:
1- Doesn't this mean that the sol and every other system will be destroyed? Which means earth is destroyed no matter what, everything dies.
2- If the relays get blown up either way, Shepard could have just sat there and waited for the Reapers to finish their job harvesting everyone that way not only they would have become Reapers, but the relays would have been saved.
I mean my mind is full of ****...
I don't get it...

No, the explosions don't destroy the systems.

When a mass relay is destroyed it's system gets destroyed too. Only if those explosions were different somehow... but that still leaves the second point unanswered.

Not true. Those explosions were a direct result of the catalyst. They didn't have a meteor crashed into them. These don't engulf the systems, they just shatter the relays.

In Mass Effect 2 the end was a result of the journey. Characters and choices had permanence. Mass Effect 3 makes it seem it was all for not, no wonder the Prothean was DLC.
Is their any ending where the reapers just win? Or the galaxy wins against them?

There is no reapers win ending which was very disappointing. I personally liked the ending, happy ending doesn't always mean better ending it's just that some parts didn't make sense.
