i downloaded shale and it says "downloaded" but i cant get him for some reason. is their something i have to do before hand?

I just bought some crystals for shale's armour so i know i have the items part downloaded.

You need to play through the game up to the point where you complete Lothering. At that point there will be a new map pin on the world map called Honnleath, this is where the Stone Prisoner quest begins.

lothering has a big skull and bones on it.

I am not sure what the problem could be. Is there there any yellow icons you can move to on your map?

yea, one about a guy with a broken wagon and a "great deal" thats about it
