Found the another solution.

The problem was: me and my friend from different countries cannot join each other, but can join any match via quick search or creating open lobby - I mean, other random people can join any of us, fast and stable.

I tried to do port forwarding, like EA Support page said, and add some from Google. Here those ports:

5659, 6000, 8076, 27015, 27016

After that I checked them with simpleporttester, all clear. But no positive game reaction.

My modem is Zyxel P660HTW2 EE. Steps I did:
1. Turn off Firewall, turn on UPnP. Turned off my Avast Free and Windows Firewall too, just in case (but no matter after step 3).
2. Test: turn off NAT in modem console. Internet connection failed after that completely, so I turn it back on.
3. Solution: switch modem mode from Route to Bridge, create manual connection in Windows with my ISP data, and after that my friend can join me like a boss. Tried 2 times, will try tomorrow to be sure.

Other side: need to establish Internet connection manualy after all changes, less connection security.
*It works because NAT is not working in Bridge mode, so it MUST be some port issues or another service that work only in Route mode.

Figured it out by reading this article: http://zyxel.ru/kb/1749 (in Russian, article #1749, but i can't find it in English, sorry).

Same problem here. Here's the thing that gets me about this situation. When the game came out I was able to connect to my friend and we played a few matches, but at least since the Brute contest (which is only the first time we noticed it) we have been unable to connect to each other.
Failed Solutions:
He hosts private game, I join. Connection time-out
I host private game. He joins. Connection time-out.
I host public game. He joins. Connection time-out.
He hosts public game. I join. Connection time-out.
He hosts private game, He invites. Connection time-out.
I host private game. I invite. Connection time-out.
I host public game. I invite. Connection time-out.
He hosts public game. He invites. Connection time-out.
He joins quick match I follow. Game is full, game cannot be found, or connection time out.
I joins quick match he follows. Game is full, game cannot be found, or connection time out.
Note: The connection timeouts have happened when we were "fortunate" enough to have a host player leave and the game migrated to one of us being the host.

UPnP is enable by default on our routers. Enabled port forwarding for 3659 and 6000. Repeated process for all 10 scenarios, same results.

I will point out that I currently live in Japan and he lives in America. If that makes a difference.
