Ok, so at first my game was doing really well, but I'm starting to have lots of little things crop up that are starting to be worrisome now.

1. I can no longer load up the Citadel Refugee Docks. The game crashes every time I try, no matter how I try. This was only a minor issue until I got a quest that completes down there with no way to reach my completion point.

2. I have Reapers appearing in places that have no listed star systems on my Galaxy Map. Maybe this is working as intended, but it does make it hard to keep track of where I've been to scan for assets already.

3. Some of the systems where on my galaxy map show up like they have active quest markers on them, but they really don't. This is also a bit distracting. Is this forecasting or am I missing access to something?

And in addition to the third one, some of those systems even have planets that light up like there should be a mission there - but you can't do anything with it. Scanning and clicking on the planet yields no results.

When did #2 happen for you? I got it with one star system near the end of the game, and I think all stars had Reapers on it by the very end, even though there were a few we never got to go into. Maybe they're leaving them open for DLC?

Yes, to both of you, but I'm just starting Act #3. I just got off Thessia, and I believe I have at least two star systems that are reaperized with no names and one named system with a quest marker and a named planet.

#1 No idéa , never happend to me, check out the Tech forum?

#2 i'm 99% sure that's supposed to mean "Reapers have completley wiped out this system) hence why you can't travel there (strange that the system name doesn't show up tough)

#3 Not quite sure about that, might be one of the "citadel" side-quests? (which usually involve scanning planets)

I have 2 and 3. I also can't load armor in the locker 80% of the time.

I haven't had any of the bugs in the OP but several of my Citadel side quests are bugged and uncompletable. Extremely annoying.

I am unable to turn in some quests even though the NPCs are marked on my map. I really need those war assets right now.
