First, what's the big deal with the color-changing sun in front of the Illusive Man's base? It changes color depending on what choice you make regarding the Collector Base in ME2, hinting that there is something going on there, but it seemed pretty much like a regular sun in ME3.
Second, the Rachni. I saved the queen in 1, saved her in 3, but didn't see anything about her after she escapes the Reaper contraption. Does she just go into the War Assets and I somehow missed that, or is it one of those "unspoken and unaccounted for" that we get?
Third, if I get it right, the Illusive Man made the right choices all along, except he went a bit too far about it, so that when he delivers this speech to tell you in essence that he's the real main protagonist of the Mass Effect universe and you're just a tool, he's in fact right?
Three things I missed, maybe you haven't.

2) She goes into assets. You can ask Hackett about her later. They're helping to build the Crucible.

1st : Is the sun even a real one? Else a sun can't change color in the first place at that speed. And if it is a virtual sun then the color might as well be pink !
2nd : You can investigate Hacket about the Allied and one of the choice will make him talk about the Rachni. Some other character will also make a few mention about them too.
3rd : I don't understand what you are trying to say... I could say I've made all the right choices. It's subjective to the one claiming that

Illusive man had the right idea, but he was indoctrinated so even if he had gone up there, he wouldn't be able to control them.

Well, arguably, he would have, but they control him, so it would have been sort of moot.

It's very minimal. For a choice back in ME1 that was significant all you get is some workers worth 100 points.
Shoulda been some fleet ships and ground forces too... sigh.
---
The Illusive Man was sacrificing his Humanity and Humanity itself so as to gain control and it wouldn't even be a real control so much as just send the Reapers back to Dark Space.

I was hoping also to have a lot of rachni soldiers walking with me in London.... I feel a little bit dissapointed.
Abaout Illusive Man, yes he was right, but HE IS NOT the ME main figure, because he was only a tool of fate, he couldn't build the cruscible, couldn't beat Nazara, couldn't join the galactic fleetnad he is not voiced by Jennifer Hale xD.... But well, in the end Jack Harper died a hero (in some way)... You can even see in his base that he was very idealistic, just corrupted by the reapers... also he's not the chosen one.
