I used 800 Bioware Points to purchase Spectre packages last night....
Played a few times, with the 2 weapons I bought, and then closed the game.
I went to go play right now, and all my weapons/mods that were purchased are alll gone?
Right before i opened ME3, I just bought 800 more bioware points.. so far, the 1 purchased I made, the item is still there...

They should have a backup data of your account, surely.
If they can't fix it and give back stuff, then they have to refund the points at least. It would be easy to prove that you bought 800 BP or used 800 BP from your current total to get those packs.

they will not give me a refund, they can not see in game purchases...
EA escalated the ticket to a supervisor and offered a 15% discount coupon code

Can I get a Bioware member to help with this problem or something? Because thats $10 of my money that went to nothing.

in all likelihood, you could be experiencing the same problem as me, It claims I do not have authorization to use my DLC because the servers are down.

@xoperator - Bioware will have logs of what packages you bought. And if they can't restore missing items that you should have left (assuming you didn't use any supplies etc) then you should be entitled to those BP's back.

Yup, lost all of my stuff I purchased too. Haven't contacted any support seeing how vain of an attempt it seems to be, but am hoping someone on here gets through to bioware staff...

Some players in that thread have spoken to (or had online text chat with) EA or other tech support staff. Reports vary. One person was told that our data is still on the servers, it just needs to be reconnected with our accounts. But most people say that support staff were rather more evasive and merely said a fix was being worked on, and would not confirm what the resolution would be.
One player reported that, in a PM, a Bioware rep said they are still deciding on policy towards affected players on this issue.
Several people were promised points refunds, but to date nobody has reported actually receiving such a refund.

Sight, it just happend again, like 5mins ago, Used 120 Bioware Points to buy a Spectre Pack, everyone in my match leaves, just as I am purchasing it, I get the window saying that the leader left, and then I get the message:
"One or more of your purchases failed to process. If this message continues to appear, please contact support."
edit: after leaving multiplayer and checking back at the store, that message comes up, over and over again. So i closed the game, come back, message is gone... oh well.
So, thats $10.00 (US) worth of Bioware Points + 120 Actual biowarepoints
Think i might as well file a complaint with PayPal and my credit card company....

I had 120.000 credits and bought the Spectre package. Nothing happened. It read "error, could not approve the purchase, please contact EA support if this problem persists".
And so i closed down the game and i still had the credits there. Next time i start it up the credits is gone...
120.000 credits gone!
