I do apologize if this issue has been brought up already. I am attempting to start a second save game in Mass Effect 3. However, I want to play one of my FemSheps this time. Here is where my issue starts: none of my FemSheps appear in the list of importable saves. None. In fact, some of my MaleSheps are suffering the same fate. Has anyone experienced this, heard anything from BioWare on this, or found a solution on this?

Can you confirm that you are still able to load the saves in Mass Effect 2 and that at least one save in each career was created AFTER completion and survival of the suicide mission? I have a possible solution if that is the case.

I actually loaded ME2 and saw I didn't finish them. Could have sworn I did, but I was mistaken. Guess I know what I'll be doing before I finish the fight in ME3...finishing ME2 with Olivia, Jane, Kacie, and Vanessa Shepard. Maybe Jack Shepard as well.
I am interested however, to know what your solution is in case I encounter this...issue again.

I have had absolutely no feedback on whether it works or not, despite suggesting it for three days. Apparently many affected users have rid themselves of their copy of Mass Effect 2, meaning that they cannot even verify the presence of a viable save file and thus they cannot yet reasonably blame BioWare for their inability to import. At least one individual acknowledged having deleted his save files, but expressed belief that either Electronic Arts or BioWare would maintain a database of all completed save states for all players or that an importable file should be derived from achievements.
I am at least able to confirm that steps 13 through 23 will allow import of a PC-based Mass Effect 2 save that has been converted with Gibbed's editor.

i actually have me2 and I cant load my save from me2 after the fact I loaded it from the cloud so it has something to do with the cloud i think

4 out of my 5 completed saves show up. Never customized make shep, only changed hair/lipstick color on femshep. My canon shep (male, paragon, soldier) has carried over fine so far (all discernable choices this far into game have been correct).
