I want to play ME3 on one monitor and my son wants to play an old game on the other monitor.  Is this possible?  I can't figure out how to do it.  I know that the pc and graphic usage won't be a hit to my pc but I don't know how to set it up.

Not unless you can figure out a way for your PC to simultaneously focus on two different windowed processes and accept input from two separate (four, really) sources.

So probably not.

You could do it if you have 2 seperate GPU's not in Crossfire or SLI mode. Takes a bit of fidgeting but it is very possible, but your poor CPU would beg for death.
