I notice people in here are upset about the endings in the game. I haven`t finished the game yet, though. It seems to me that every ending pretty much ends with Shep croaking? My shep is mostly renegade, and I saw someone mentioning that i couldn`t get enough points to fill the "war thingy" as a renegade, and would therefore miss out on stuff.
So what I am asking is this: Will my renegade Shep die in the end no matter what I do?
Just a small question

You have to have 4000+ EMS, and choose destruction.

But that leaves shep stranded alone on some planet, and all the relays are destroyed right?

Shepard is on Earth as the Citadel was above earth (how it survived uncontrolled atmosphere reentry? A magic wizard child did it.) The team is out in BFE,
Relays are gone.

I would recommend you play it up until the part where you're running towards the beam thing that takes you to the Citadel (you'll know what I'm talking about when you get there). When you reach this point, shut your game off and make up your own ending. Everything before that point is amazing.

I would recommend doing what you want and not taking our advice because the game was made for a reason and you bought it for a reason.

I bought it so I could see the end of a great story I have invested countless hours enjoying. How come Shep survises if all synthetics is destroyed, anyway? That doesn`t make any sesne. Shep has plenty synthetic stuff in him\\her from ME2.

Actually he has only a bit of synthetic stuff if you read all the reports.

Regardless of Shepard living or dying (if your points were high enough and you chose Destroyer), the fact that the center of the citadel blows up after releasing that energy pretty much leads me to believe that Shepard is dead no matter what. A real downer.
I agree with this person:
Though I can take a sad ending when it makes more sense than what has happened here. Which is partly why I have been picturing in my mind Shepard and Garrus going out together because he made it to the citadel with her. Maybe a moment of joking (about not being able to retire on money from vids, or being parents) and ending with them holding hands and quoting something Shepard said earlier, about "Shepard and Vakarian storming the gates of heaven," before taking a leap together into the column of light.

Shepard 'croaking'. Thanks for making me grin, OP.
