I am one of the buyers that have had problems with getting the DLC to install into my CE game. I show download 100% but no install. After reviewing the DLC sticky which outlines possible solutions, I am still clueless as what to do next as my PC expertise is below the skill level that is in the suggestions to remedy the situation.
 I live in an area which is dial-up only so I have been able to download the small items, but haven't even come close to downloading Shale. 
When I bought the CE BG2 the special items came on an installation disc! Guess what? No installation problems. I would gladly pay EA to buy an installation disc letting me install all the items that I am entitled to without going through all these problems.
