 I just started a new game with an imported ME3 Shepard, all of my powers would work fine in the first mission on Earth, but on Mars I can't use any of my powers at all. I press the buttons for them, and nothing happens. Does anyone know what's wrong?

i've been having this at random times during any mission which can get a little frustrating at times,only way in which it gets resolved is either waiting a few minutes and the powers come back on their own or just reloading the save,is certainly a bug.

Having the same problem. It also stops recognizing time dilation (which means both my operational mastery power and my rifle mods aren't functioning). Loading a save doesn't fix it for me. Restarting the game, Origin, and my PC doesn't fix it either. Could be that it's just the area I'm in (first map upon exiting the lower facility on Sur'Kesh). Hopefully it clears up.

EDIT: Turns out all of my power points were randomly refunded (no, I didn't buy the power reassignment on the Normandy), so I didn't actually have any of the powers even though they still showed up in my HUD. Also removed all weapon mods. Very weird glitch. At least I only had to play without weapon mods for one mission. Possible that it had something to do with me simultaneously purchasing, downloading, and installing "From Ashes" and "Leviathan" DLC mid-mission while in-game.

I had a glitch in an earlier version of the game where Shepard got reset to Level 1... just had to reload the last save. Haven't had that happen any time recently though.

I've experienced a glitch where Shepard's cooldown crosshair freezes. This prevents me from using any powers. Reloading last save is the only fix.
