Everything worked fine in ME3 Demo..

Now I can't hear anyone in. They can hear me, my mics working fine. I just can't hear them talk.
I can see their mics going on and off.. and they can all hear each other. 

Any ideas?

fyi no sound card.. just the default one that comes with the motherboard...

On DxDiag it says (Realtek High Definition Audio)
