The endings could actually create a good interesting sequel.

Okay, Picture this:
Mass Effect 4: Years and years after the events of Mass Effect 3 a new way to traverse the galaxy is discovered ( I have no idea what it could be, but whatever). Due to their being many different species on Earth after the war you could choose from a large array of races with minor differences in story arcs (think of Dragon age origins)
The story could focus on your character being chosen to re establish contact with the other species in the galaxy and you can see just how well they've faired over the years. You can also import your shepards story from 3 and see the effects your decision truly had on the galaxy, with the excpetion being destroy which would not allow an import (sort of like how you're unable to import your Shepard if he/she dies on the suicide mission). We could also see how the reapers have fit into this new world.
Kind of a shallow explanation, but I think it could be really interesting if done right. Discuss.

Unless they pull a Dragon Break, there's no sequel.

You necro'd a thread that's been dead for 5 months, lol. Still, better stay on topic.
As of now, this wouldn't work, as it's shown that the Relays will get fixed relatively quickly, especially in Synthesis and Control. Refusal wouldn't allow an import, but I don't believe the game even makes a save for it so meh.
