A lot of people it seems have already completed ME3 so I want to ask them a few questions. I haven't completed ME3 yet, I only just boarded the Geth Dreadnaught, but I'd like to know what kinds of things carry over into a new game+. Obviously, level, but do weapons and armor carry over like in ME1 and 2. Do they keep their current levels and attachments?

weapons do carry over, but as you find them again in the game they get upgraded, for instance Avenger 1 becomes Avenger IV. And weapon mods wont carry over, but the ones you find are at least one level higher than what you finished with in first play. I cant tell you more as I just could not convince myself to go past mars, as I`m sure you heard, because of the ending

You can't assign weapon mods until you finish Mars afaik. They definitely carry over.
