They were too busy creating unneeded and unasked for mechanics, and hence forgot basic things that they've had since the beginning.

Mission tabs, film grain, dialogue choices, proper face importing, continuity, etc...

As pretty a game as it is, ME3 severely lacks the feeling of ANY proper forethought.

you sir are brilliant you got to say what everyone has been feeling about the bad side of the game in such a short term manner and without bashing constructive criticism for the win applauds really:wizard:

oh and you forgot the holster weapon thing

The selling point was the multiplayer mode. I belive the single player part of the game suffered from it.

Great point, how good would this have been if they stuck to what made this game great, developer time, $$$, focus on the RP - Story..............  /sigh

They really sold out on what made this such a great game, ME3 was pretty goo duntil these non sense ending(s)

Do you think it's because they want people to buy their strategy guide? I've bought it. Should get to me tomorrow. But I still want full summaries.

I don't want to play mp. I'm terrible at mp. I actually tried once in the demo. Do you know that everyone left so that I was the only one playing? I went "See, that there says...'single-player games only' to me!"

I want my journal :( I'm going to get lost. I Can just imagine it. "I'm supposed to get this and this...but...um, where? I've looked everywhere!" Three missions later after failing that quest "THERE THEY ARE! WTH?"

The game isn't 100% finished imo, but it's still really good.

The first 4 hours are epic as hell. Then I only did sidequests I had accumulated. Those hours sucked. Then I did more important quests and main quests. When I started that, the game rocked again. A lot of bugs, but I hope they sort them out.

ooooooooh no you didnt.. people and bioware are gonna kill you for that comment :P, although why you say that ?

lmao! Maybe this game isn't finished as I keep hearing about how rushed it feels or something's lacking, *shrugs*

Lets not forget "Shep is alot more active physically in this game". Climbing ladders, jumping, and using a melee weapon. 3 sets of animations, to be precise. Most of them don`t really add anything to the game.

That may be true, but when you think of the "in-game manual" thing which is essentially what the journal was. Why get the strategy guide since you can mooch off strategies from the internet? Makes no sense.

This isn't like other games that have an in game manual (if it's just tips), but a physical one as well.

I can't honestly beleve they want us to "cheat" (though some do anyway).

Much as I dislike me3 singleplayer, the multiplayer is actually pretty darn fun. Make sure you are playing on Bronze, and you WILL get knocked out a lot and not get much kills until you are at least level 10-15. Leveling is pretty quick, about two levels per completed game. I wouldn't even bother about silver until you have good weapons (carnifex carnifex carnifex), weapon mods, and at least one level 20 characters under your belt. Any characters you make can use the equipment you have unlocked. And there's no point playing on gold unless you're a glutten for pain, probably 99% of gold matches don't make it past wave 7.

Does anybody use the maps? They're much improved over ME2 and tell you in blue if there is an NPC you need to speak with. Something else that might help is a piece of paper. Of course, that takes too much damn work. It's much better to just come here and b**** about it, am I right?

There's nothing wrong with a piece of paper but the point is that the lack of descriptions is a huge step BACKWARDS in the third game in a series.

I'm astonished no one thought that might be a bad idea.

I sorry, this forum makes me crazy.

- Lol, the galaxy map highlights systems where you have quests. Sometimes you have to complete a major mission for new sections of the galaxy to open up. I went nuts looking for that damn Shrike Abyssal for that Prothean Obelisk. I risked spoilers and found out you need to finish *Spoilers* the first mission on Palaven.

they did it in DA2, continued the bad trend in ME3

im loving this game and can't stop playing but if one thing annoyed me in DA2 and ME3, it is pointless side quests/fetch quests.. in DA2 maybe its ok, but ME3 is unacceptable! your a hero and shouldn't be fetching a stupid flag for an army or books for anyone, its bad quest designing!

What annoyed me even more was the fact that none of the missions had little dialogue or explanation of what's going on with the people involved beforehand or after. For example("Spoilers", removed). Every mission played like a sidequest.

New map is worse because it takes longer to open and is often unresponsive.

Take a pill, draw the blinds, close your eyes.

We all knew about the Quarian/Geth conflict, and that we're were going to solve it. Plus, what little he/she/it talks about isn't really a spoiler, because nothing about the mission(s) is detailed.

Its like saying "This happened, then this explodes, and then this dies."
