Hey guys, I have everything from the collector's edition in my game. In my content manager on this site it shows everything except the digital soundtrack. Anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it?

You'll have to contact an EA Origins rep. It took me 3 days, but I finally got my copy to work (just so you know, the soundtrack will appear as PC/MAC instead of PS3).

Huynh2er is correct. I just ended a live chat with an EA rep and now have access to the soundtrack over the registered content page.

I just got off live chat to see why I can't download the soundtrack. The EA rep checked my code, and said that I do not have the Collector's Edition, which I do have, by the way. The rep stated that I have the standard edition, and I would have to purchase the soundtrack separately.

Did anyone run into the same problem? If so how did you go about fixing it? My last resort is to call customer service and try to sort out this online pass code situation. I assumed they packed standard edition codes with some Collector's Edition of the game.

I tried web chat and the rep wanted to pass it off to GameStop. I seriously doubt GameStop hacked PSN to get their own codes for the CE DLC and Online Pass then printed them on the same cards that EA put the official codes on. He checked my code but kept saying it was invalid.

I am currently waiting for a rep to get back to me via email. I attached a photo of my card with the codes for my CE/Online Pass and From Ashes DLC as well as a pdf scan of my receipt showing I purchased the N7 collectors edition. Hopefully they wont need any more proof than that.

Thank god! Everything has to be online. Everything has to be registered! Everything has to be linked and connected. You need to have a account at bioware, ea, origin, psn, ........ and nothing is working properly! Insane! If i buy a collectors edition with a soundtrack then i want it on a cd with a nice cover and so on. Now people all over the world want to download the soundtrack an can´t do it. Bravo!!!

Just had this problem fixed via EA help live chat...under game content, still doesn't list any of the other CE stuff I downloaded...ended up using the included code 3 times on PSN. My game has all the CE content, just hasn't registered to site. No idea what the problem could be :-\\

I was finally able to get my soundtrack downloaded. I called EA customer support line, and they were able to sort out my problems. Apparently they are having issues with their Online Pass system and that is why some contents are not reflected on your account.

If you guys chatted with an EA rep and still can't get your problems sorted out, give this number a call 1-866-543-5435.

I'm going to post on here and see if that works. If not then I'm going to contact EA's live chat support.

I just got off with EA online chat and explained the issue and they were able to make a change on my account which allowed me to see the the link for the soundtrack. was able to download it with no issues after that. Had to wait about 20 mins, but the issue was resolved fairly quickly once they came on line.

Or, if you have Origin, log into it, and look for Origin Help, then LIVE CHAT.

Yeah, the Collector's edition code registering as standard edition is actually Bioware's "fault". This was acknowledged in a different thread. Again, some people have been able to get the soundtrack regardless of that fact, but others haven't... it's pretty much luck at this point now. If Bioware/EA can't get a simple soundtrack download link to work.. I really don't have much faith left that any other stuff will be fixed.

I just chatted with EA's live chat service and I was able to download my soundtrack within five minutes of getting connected.

It's good to see that people are starting to get this resolved. I tried twice with live chat yesterday and it didn't help. The first agent wanted to send me back to the retailer, and the next one said to play multiplayer and it would work. Today I used the call back option on help.ea.com. The agent was awesome. I sent over a photo of my receipt, game disc, online pass card and box cover, and within a few minutes I had the soundtrack link on my BSN account. I just wish that there was more consistency with the live agent reps because they didn't help me at all.

Wow. That really sucks. :( All the person (whose name was Manish) asked me for was my email address and my PSN ID. He asked me to wait for a few minutes, then told me that I had to go restart my game. I turned on my PS3, loaded up the game, checked my registered game content, and there it was. At least you had better luck with the rep over the phone :D

Yes I'm glad the phone rep worked! Plus I got in touch with someone faster than I would have on live chat. I'm glad that your solution was quick and easy. Now we can focus on playing the game instead of worrying about this kind of stuff!
