Anybody else wish there was an option to shoot every single faction leader?

Ever since I saved the council in ME1, only to be shocked by the discovery that I wasn't offered the option to execute them for arguably the grossest negligence displayed by any sentient being in the last 50.000 in-universe years up to that point, I've felt that this should've been an option during every single conversation with the leader of almost every faction. Especially the citadel council and the quarians.

When I got to the point with the quarian fleet, in ME3, just now, to discover that they had chosen the time of the reaper invasion to initiate their retarded, meaningless, suicidal attempt at re-taking their homeworld, I had to just sit there for a couple of minutes, shocked by how 'willing suspension of disbelief'-breaking this stupidity was, before I was able to continue playing.

How could someone who was this wildly inept be in charge of an entire species? If it were an option, I'd just have left all hte quarians to die right there, because they simply deserve it for allowing themselevs to be ruled by such  characters. This level of stupidity is beyond even that of real-life politicians.

A soldier representing the Alliance in an attempt to not be hated and to build galactic relations with the galactic community would EXECUTE political members beyond their capability?

You're just a soldier dude, you have no right to execute any politician nor to make those decisions, that being expanded, the decisions they made can be understood if you actually try.

The Quarians were ALWAYS going to attack that was so obvious that I expected it to be during the invasion, especially with the Quarians already isolating themselves from the galaxy anyway.

Also your definition of stupidity, ignorance, and other such things is inaccurate and not properly used.

More likely you believe it was dumb, and therefore judge them based on that which is illogical and incidentally, exactly what they did in regards to their characters. That being said, you are making the same choices they made, just in different context, but fundamentally the same and so in your rules you must submit for execution.

Er, as I understood it, they chose to attack shortly before the Reapers arrived, not after.

It's possible... I did it (On purpose of course)... You can allow Legion to upload the reaper code and don't look for peace... Then the Geth will overkill the quarian flotilla commanded by the Admiral Gerrel who dies realizing he did a mistake.... There's an option to let Admiral Koris to run with the civillian fleet, but if you don't save him, then everyone dies.
