My cryo ammo was fully upgraded (save for that last one), but it seemed crippled by some bug or something. Basically, enemies would be invincible (like covered in Guardian-shield armor) while they were freezing up (and for a second or two after), making me waste shots on enemies were are supposed to be extremely easy to finish off (which is half of the point of cryo ammo).
Anyone else have this problem? This was most noticable for me when using the Carnifex Hand Cannon.
Cryo Ammo bugged, at least in single player? Enemies usually invulnerable while freezing up...

I have not noticed the problem. When my foes freeze that usually shatter like two seconds later.

They don't shatter unless they take enough damage to die (or they are the kind of enemies that die whenever "knocked" off their feet, like Husks). Am I missing something?
