If I can't side with Cerberus then I don't see a reason to complete a me1/me2 renegade play through.

I wouldn't be surprised if that was one of the endings - given how people are talking about them; however, such would make for an interesting swerve.
Ironically enough: The whole "TIM is indoctrined!" and "Cerberus is after you for no reason!" storms that arose given ME2, given the hypothetical ending I proposed - I'd be estatic to see it actually.
This would be more engaging then - "Everybody wins and we can all go home now!"
I'm most Renegade as well, but given what I've read that means nothing, so, I don't know what to tell you!

The overall story is pretty linear. You can make the odd choice now and then that affects War Assets but nothing so ground-shaking as siding with your designated antagonists. That would end up taking way too many resources and too much disc space to fully actualise anything, anyway.
