Purchased Content Lost! (Mass Effect 3 Multi)

So yesterday I was eagerly trying out the ME3 multiplayer and decided to get some new equipment.  I had 320 Bioware points in my account so I decided to buy a couple of the Spectre packs and played a couple games.  After playing a couple games every item in my inventory suddenly disappeared, including everything fromt the spectre packs! :pinched:

Is it possible to have points refunded, or get the items I got back on my account?  Thanks in advance for any help!


UPDATE:  I attempted to contact Origin support via live chat.  The representative I got started trying to help me, but wasn't too knowledgeable about the in game content, and kept asking to check in the game beccause the content was already purchased.  The rep then told me to look at my registered content on this site.  I kept trying to explain how it works but he wouldn't have it!  I finally gave up after he told me it could be fixed by re-installing the game. :crying:

The Origin online help said that I need to contact MICROSOFT to get refunds on Bioware points. Apparently the link with ms points for xbox puts all the points in the hands of MS.....i really hate ea
