Is it possible to have points refunded, or get the items I got back on my account? Thanks in advance for any help!
UPDATE: I attempted to contact Origin support via live chat. The representative I got started trying to help me, but wasn't too knowledgeable about the in game content, and kept asking to check in the game beccause the content was already purchased. The rep then told me to look at my registered content on this site. I kept trying to explain how it works but he wouldn't have it! I finally gave up after he told me it could be fixed by re-installing the game.
