Every squadmate from ME1/2/3 can potentially die in the third game, except I've heard nothing about a way for Jacob to die. Is this true?

If so, that's pretty damn amusing.

Maybe he dies if he's unloyal and/or you skip his mission.

I am almost 100% sure that any of them die if you don't do their loyalty mission, even if you don't choose them to do something specific they should die off camera anyways, that is my assumption, because that happened to Mordin on my first play through.

Liara, James, Javik and Garrus can only be killed by Harbinger.
Jacob doesn't seem to be able to die in ME3 and EDI die if you choose Destroy.

Nope he can die quite easily as Jacob's dead in one of my playthroughs. I think he got carried off to his doom by the collector swarm. I imagine some of the people who romanced him are now going back to make this happen...considering what happened with that relationship lol

Liara can die if you have really really low EMS and she's in party. The only person who can't die is Joker

I don't think he'd survive on an uninhabited jungle planet for very long, considering his medical condition.

I figured Jacob was probably among them.

Nope, she can die in ME3.
