•    Spoke to aria
•    Spoke to Bailey
•    Spoke To Baileys assistant
•    Spoke to prisoner and did the paragon path.
•    Spoke to the Salarian in Holding Area and told him to take over. He agreed and said he would call Aria.
•    **BUG** I quick saved my game right after without going over to elevator then get off.
•     I loaded my game an started in the docking area then went on elevator and left
•    Quest did not update i talked to Bailey and Aria both had now new options and i tried to talk to Baileys assistant but he wasn’t available to speak with.

I did all of the other groups just not this one, and I guess I’m supposed to
get a call from bailey but never got one. Journal says i still need to speak to Baileys assistant which ive already done. Not the only one with this issue;

It's not just for Eclipse, I think it's for whatever one you do last. I saved Blue Suns for last, and am also similarly bugged, I have completed the quests, and can even talk to Aria and talk about the Bluel Sun's as I had completed the quest and they were on my side. The quest even shows completed in my journal, but I did not the get the 50 GAW points and they do not show up on the board in my War Room under Terminus Fleet as they should.

Same issue here. I've given up on it since I'm hours past that mission now and don't want to reset. :( I did get the blue suns and blood pack to join me.

There is a forum topic of a large amount of people having the same issue, but nothing they have said works. I am also having this issue.

There is a bug where if you saved your game right after talking to the second-in-command and then quit, when you start up again the mission-completing message from the C-Sec officer won't play, making the Eclipse and Aria missions impossible to complete.

I sent a message to one of the main Bioware board admins saying it would be helpful if there were a locked informational topic thread where Bioware could update players on known bugs for each platform version of the game. It would help us know that they are actually listening and aware of the issue, and probably prevent redundant posting as well.

At least I would appreciate a one-stop for all known bugs, it would make searching for answers a little easier. It doesn't have to be complicated. Just something like:
Aria - Eclipse: Saving and exiting immediately after talking to Eclipse Second-in-Command prevents mission-completing message from C-Sec. Status: Working on fix.

or

Mass Effect imports: ME1 face data not importing. Status: Working on fix.

I also believed that this mission was bugged since the C-Sec officer wasn't there after I talked to the imprisoned asari. It turned out however that I wasn't supposed to talk to him after that at all as the Journal suggested. Instead go to the refugee camp and talk to the salarian Sayn, and convince him to take over the Eclipse. Problem solved, and Aria's on your side against the Reapers.

EDIT: Sorry, I misunderstood the bug report a little bit. I thought you meant the C-Sec officer when you said "second-in-command", but you meant Sayn. However, I got the confirmation from Bailey when approaching the elevator to leave the refugee camp. I don't remember if I saved right after the conversation with Sayn, though, so maybe I was just lucky not to.

I have had the same problem on two seperate playthroughs, the only way I've found to avoid this is to pick the renegade option when talking to Sayn. As far as I'm aware only the paragon option bugs.

Same here.

DID get message from Bailey. DID NOT save or quit anywhere during this quest. DID NOT get credits or finished quest.

Another way to go around that is just let the psycho out. Asaris are more powerful than a scientific nerd.. Either way you will get renegade. but if it works it works right?

SAME HERE
This was the last of the 3 Aria quests that I completed.
Neither Bailey nor Aria acknowledges that the quest has progressed.
I did not receive the call from Bailey after talking with the Salarian as IGN describes...
http://www.ign.com/w...3/Aria:_Eclipse

DEBUG QWIRK -- my programmer perspective:
after talking with the prisoner and doing the paragon path, I walked against the prison door wall even though nothing indicates it can be opened, I noticed it displays "Loading..." at the bottom of the screen when you walk against the door.
I WONDER - it there is an "area trigger" that executes a function which sets some quest variable states that are normally only initialized when you choose to take the renegade path and open the door to let the prisoner out.
THUS - ...quest variables become DEADLOCKED.
POSSIBLE FIX - move the "area trigger" further inside the prison area, so walking against the door doesn't trigger it when the door isn't open...

bioware: suggest giving programmers free access to fully-automatic espresso machine... this fixes many many problems, hehe ;-)

Same problem here. Unfortunate, as I was hoping to receive the MOST optimal ending possible as a paragon Shepard.

Two playthroughs so far. Never had the message after Sayn. Didn't even know there was supposed to be one.
