I didn't make it that far yet, but with all the complaints, I did look at the endings, so this may not work.

It could if the Asari can build relays (like Aethyta wanted to do, and may have convinced the Asari to do since they had less Reaper trouble than Earth), or if that pulse effected only relays and not the actual ship drives. (Note that you do fly to systems with no relay at times.)

1) Normandy crew rescued. Flashback filling in what may be cut scenes from the ending. (Since several people have commented on the disconnect with the Normandy location and who was on it.)

2) DLC from the PoV of Liara (kinda like Leliana's Song).

3) Sheppard's LI (whomever that may be), Liara, Miranda (nearly impossible to kill in ME2), and the Vermire Survivor head to a Cerberus base. Miranda in the lead, with some friction because they've all come into leadership roles in their own right. Obviously, exact makeup will be different based on who lived that long.

4) Base is a genetic engineering facility.

5) Base has genetic samplings from Sheppard, Miranda intends to be a 'surrogate mother' to either a clone, or a genetically engineered 'test tube' offspring.

6) LI may be pregnant already, this discovered during mission. Liara, even if not LI, perhaps with a flashback showing her approaching Sheppard while he sleeps to 'Embrace Eternity' and walking away without Sheppard ever knowing.

Sadly, this doesn't sound too out of character for Liara...
