I'm....scared....scared....of how the Ending of ME3 will turn out for me. So Scared, seriously.
I have done So much in ME1 and ME2. What if it all goes down the drain? I don't wan't to see Death and Destruction.
ME3 has NO replay value... Due to ending.

Then they make these cop-out endings that are the definition of inevitability.

Then I saw the kid in the opening, and I just couldn't play anymore. I hit Ctrl Alt Delete and force quit ME3.
God damn it Bioware, why? Why would you do this? I want answers. I want you to own up to what you did.

I disagree. I think that every other part of this game was well done and I want to go back a try different squad combinations for different areas. And some of the banter alone is worth a replay or two. However, I don't plan on actually completing the ending again until I'm ready to go for the insanity achievement, since the endings didn't offer any closure.
However, I do see where you are coming from. I just don't agree.
My exact problem with the endings.
Honestly, when I think about it, these would have been good, thought-provoking endings for a stand-alone, non-trilogy game. One in which fans don't get nearly as invested in the characters/setting/etc because it is ONE game. But really, what was the point in developing these characters, relationships, lore, in-story tech/setting etc etc etc over THREE games to end it in that way? I am disappointed.
The game still has replay value IMHO, mostly due to trying things/missions out with different characters and the multiplayer, but that's really about it.

There can be no replay value unless the player feels rewarded at the end. And this isn't just one game, here, but three: over 90 hours of gameplay for most of us Mass Effect vets.
Forcing players to destroy everything they've worked for via some pseudo-philosophical Deus Ex ripoff? "Thank you for wasting your time. Take these feelings of loss, confusion, and betrayal for your efforts, as a gift from the fine folks at Bioware."
Your monocle and top hat seem to bely your statement and infer you're trolling for laughs knowing that that's not actually true in regards to your statement.
Why don't you let everyone else have a chance to express themselves. That poster you call "trolling" is 100% right.
I agree 100% with the OP, the only reason I am here is that I am hoping beyond hope that Bioware is actually listening to this and reading the massive amount of feedback that is occuring. I can't and I right now refuse to believe that this travesty will be left intact. To end this series in such a great build up only to crush it with a flimsy rehash of Deus Ex endings is really quite depressing on a number of levels. I also can't bring myself to fire the game back up in its current state.

I am so sick and tired of the ridiculous amount of posts there are about the endings! There are so many! Shepard was willing to die in EVERY single game. And guess what? He died! He sacrificed himself and that is that. What did you expect? Care Bears?

Regardless of my opinion on the game, I am looking to see if Bioware makes a move regarding the complaints. It might be one of Biowares last chances to show it is still loyal to it's fans. Even though I am ok with the ending, the action Bioware might or might not take regarding the fans input will greatly determine if I buy future games from them.
Agreed. If not more endings, there needs to be an epilogue with closure. Especially for long-time fans.

He also said that he and everyone else was going to pull through this many, many more times.
How do you think the reaction to ME2 would have been if Shepard was guarenteed to die no matter what you do? I imagine it would look a bit like this.

On another note, ME3's already grimdark as hell; some of the ambient dialogue nearly brought me to tears. Shouldn't the ending(s), you know, relieve that? Shouldn't we be made to feel that the worst really is over?
Hell, we're not even sure what happens to the galaxy after Shep goes all JC on
