Skepsis 50% asset

I only found 50% asset and couldnt located the other 50%. I did scan all over the system but nothing comes up. Can someone tell me what's going on or is it a bug? I am playing on PC

the other 50% comes by completing the multiplayer.

There probably a story mission there later on. Those count as assets when completed.

between the Mass Relay and Planet Crick, there are 200 fuel to collect.
