I had a Bioware Social Network account under an old email address. With this account I purchased a couple Mass Effect 2 DLC. However, it's been awhile since I've used this account and I have forgotten the password. To make matters worse, the email associated with this account has been deleted as well (Probably on the Top 5 regrets of my life....trust me, this isn't the only headache I've had dealing with this deleted email account ). Is there anyway for me to get my account back? In preperation for Mass Effect 3 I really want to start playing ME and ME2 with the DLC, but it's a bit problematic without the DLC account.

If there's anything I can do, please, PLEASE let me know.

I apologize if this is the wrong place to be posting this, but I can't seem to find anywhere else to get help. If this IS the wrong place, could someone please point me in the right direction?

Unless you can get that email address back there is no automated way to recover your account.  You will need to contact EA Customer Support about this issue.

Hey,I have somewhat a similar problem. I have an old BSN account which has Dragon Age:Origins registered on it. Is it possible to get access to the account using the CD key as a proof?

I also have an old account i can no longer log in to. It dates to ME2. Password that worked before, and it was saved in the browser is invalid. Tried to register the account again, but the e-mail is in use.
I was offered to change my password for that account, i tried that and the new password still says its invalid.
How do i get my account back?

False alarm, it seems its working now.
