I see why most of us are devastated. But an alternative ending won't rescue the faliure of ME3.
1. The crucible? Really? Everybody tries to build something they don't even understand?
2. Decision made in ME1 & 2 are simply reduced to a higher or lower EMS bar. I hoped to see how intense the battle between the allied fleet and reaper is. But the final battle is an operation to cover a few ground force to land. Compared with the final battle in ME1, it sucks.
3. Remember the slogan "TAKE THE EARTH BACK?" I can not believe that the 2 small skirmishes in the final action are all that it takes to do this. The scale of the ground battle has its potential. But BIOWARE wasted it.
4. This is a war! Why would I always fight with only two of my squadmates? Don't you think it is ridiculous? How hard is it to place some additional dummy allies to shoot the enemy?
5. The EPIC DISASTER ending
Even if a different ending is provided, the rushy and illogical plot can not be amended.
Goodbye BIOWARE. Goodbye ME.
The whole ME3 story is flawed. An alternative ending won't save ME3
