At the end of the mission I picked up and fired the special weapon that was laying on the baricade. I died before it hit the Harvester, but it killed the harvester. When the game reloaded the mission was completed as if I had died after killing the harvester. However I noticed once back on Normandy that it had erased all of my 100k+ credits and left me with only the mission reward credits (12k ish).

Reloading a save from that mission and completing it without dying at the wrong time fixed it. Just a word of warning.

bumping because that happened to me as well, only realized it several missions later, after some 4h of playtime... Lost 300k credits this way.

[Edit]Also, your fuel gets reset, had 0/1000 fuel after that.

Happened to me in different mission. All credits and medigel missing. Even the fuel as you stated.

That mission was a tedious one so here's to another boring hour.

The same thing happened to me as well - I lost all my credits and fuel at some point. I never worked out which mission caused it, but I don't remember getting killed by any of the harvesters in the game.

Always check your cash after completing a mission. It's happened to me twice, and as previously mentioned the only recourse seems to be repeating the mission from the beginning.
