Black screen after end game

So I finished up with my first play through, and end up getting a black screen after the end credits. Is there any known cause/fix for this?

i have the same issue it seems all endings are the same and i havent found no fix

Tried it a few more times and even went as far back as restarting final mission and choosing a different option at the end. Still have a black screen. Even a reply by Bioware acknowledging the issue would be great (instead of feeling ignored)

I've written to Bioware in hope they will assist us with this (mildly annoying) problem...

I'm having the same "black screen after epilogue" bug and posted about it over here:

Mainly makes me worry the game can't save something it normally would (like how you've finished the game) with all those flags it can set on certain decisions and stuff.
