*** Remember some of us became more emotionaly vested in our stories than others***
For me it is Garrus and Liara, as friends they are both equall to me. They were with me in almost every mission in ME1 and Garrus in ME2. I can imagen sitting down on my patio sitting back, catching some son and trading old war stories.. remember that time i save your butt, and vise vursa. Liara for my shep even though she was not a Love intrest in my current play through, she is such a caring and compasionait friend.
My next playthrough when I work up the nerve will be with her as a love interest.

They were with me for all of the three games. Garrus was a true bro and Tali... Tali was actually my first love.
They should have been with me at the ending, it would have helped soften the blow.

Garrus, for being one of those perfect-friend type characters, never trying to let you down.
The ending made me angry that my Shepard couldn't see them again, or that I couldn't see them again. At least not he way my Shepard's story made them...

I don't know, before hitting on Timmys base, the melding between Liara and Shep becames more deep than in ME1 or ME2... maybe we don't know and she's actually pregnant... whatsoever, I would wanted at least, to say goodbye before jumping on the beam.

I'll probably miss them all, but Mordin the most. My top favourites were Mordin, then Thane, Grunt, Legion and finally Garrus.
I played ME2 far more than ME1 (and so far ME3) so I whenever I play and I don't hear "To the Sea" or "Here, enjoy. . ." or "Thought I was harmless, did you?!" it's kind of sad for me. =/ Especially now knowing what happens.
I've done Kaidan's LI in ME1 and have a Kaidan-Garrus and Kaidan-Thane game as well as a Thane only game. Just to see the conversations and reactions, but ultimately Thane is my favourite LI and seeing that they did practically nothing with it in ME3 made me pretty angry.
But anyway. Yep, Mordin and Thane. I'll miss em. I've had their posters, and only theirs, up in my living room ever since I played ME2. Now it's kind of disappointing to look at them, but they were great characters and I'll miss them immensely. I'll try to remember them for ME2 and not ME3. XD

Mass Effect 2 Jacob anyway.
Oh. And Wrex, Tali, Zaeed, Mordin, Ashley, Kaidan, and Garrus.

All of them. Every single character (maybe not Zaeed) made an impact on me. I'll miss them all, and that's what really hurts the most of the endings. I got closure on Mordin and Legion, what about the rest? What about Ashley? I can't bear to look at ME1 again after seeing how it all ends, what's the point?
Thats just it there probably isn't a point, maybe Mass Effect will end up as one of those games we keep and play completely every year or so depending on how long it takes to forget what happened and not be reminded.
The scene with legion when he asks Tali "Creator Zorah, does this one have a soul?" was too emotionally damaging to watch, the rest was downhill, all me getting more pissed off at myself because ITS ALL MY FAULT it hurts still...

Liara, my Shepard's everlasting love.
I loved them all. Hell, even that idiot Vega grew on me after a while. But most of all, I'm going to miss Commander John Shepard, the Avatar of Victory - through him, I got to experience a hundred hours of awesome specacle (and about 10 minutes of craptastic conclusion).
It was an honor to serve with them all.
