Garrus and Liara, because while both are my favorite romance options for Shepard, they're more than that. In my opinion, Garrus probably has the most well developed personality of any of the characters in the game. Plus, his sarcastic humor is quite endearing. I'll miss Liara, because she's like the embodiment of a devoted friend. She's kindhearted without being boring or static.

Also, Wrex. I always thought he was really funny and interesting, and was disappointed that he wasn't in ME2 very much, and didn't join the party in ME3.

I don't know, before hitting on Timmys base, the melding between Liara and Shep becames more deep than in ME1 or ME2... maybe we don't know and she's actually pregnant... whatsoever, I would wanted at least, to say goodbye before jumping on the beam.

Then Garrus and Tali who were there from the very beginning and at least all of the other characters.

Kelly Chambers. I was heartbroken when she dies off screen in ME3.
And the entire mass effect universe. I wonder if Bioware will ever fully grasp how much money they are going to lose because of the endings. They could have extended the series into post ME3 books and comics. Milked it like star wars... but not now.

Heck. I miss all of my crew actually, squaddies or no. In the end they all feel like family anyway. Surkesh will always made me cry and Legion's sacrifice will always break my heart.

Tali: My forever LI. Her charms are one of the best sci-fy charactes I have ever expirience in a game.
Garrus: Even if he is just a fictional character, He is my brother in arms. Loyal and all around funny guy.

Heck, Even Shepard say in ME3 they where both always for him/her even when others did not believe in him/her.

You don't hear it say that to the other characters.
