How do you do the Elcor Extraction quest? It's not showing up on my galaxy map at all. There is nothing to scan for Dekuuna. There's no quest option for Dekuuna ... nothing. Now I do have a quest light over a neighboring system with a planet lit up, but that planet apparently has no quest. Is this supposed to be the Elcor Extraction?

It's another fetch quest, but since it doesn't have the typical "over-hearing" format, it can lead to some confusion. Just talk to the Elcor ambassador again, that will finish the quest since you've already found the war asset necessary.
