Why would I hold onto it? Whats the point, no matter what the relays are blown the hell up, the 2 biggest parts of my fleet are going to starve, and I have most the galaxy stuck in one system.

Why the hell would I ever want to play the game again if that is the best outcome I can get.

Agreed.   With the time I've put in to playthroughs of the first two games and of course the purchase of DLC, I'm the punchline - "this sucker bought the CE, what a tool he was."

So, something is coming. We don't know what.

We eagerly await more information, and for what it's worth... I sympathize. It must be rough seeing all the people come here and and say "THIS IS SO AMAZING BUT THE ENDING RUINS IT FOR ME" when you know you have plans.

Simple thing for me, no birght ending, not interested, not gonna buy.

You made me sad with these endingoptions Bioware, now I do what I can to make you sad. Ignore your stuff. Seems to be the only language you understand.

Relly guys, what happend? Drew Karpyshyn left your team, the endings feel like he left long before the endings of ME3 were written...
This lost of trust from your deepest fans probably will cost you more money, in the long term, than it would have taken to hold him... (my opinion)

I swear if this thing that's supposed to make my hold on to my ME3 forever is another set of DLC characters who get to die with everyone else...

The only thing I'm interested in right now is new endings. Without cutting corners this time. With far greater variance. Everything from cataclysmic failure to Disney happy ending.

Unfortunately it's just going to be Aria taking back Omega and not something that seriously needs fixing like the endings.

If it was going to be mission DLC, lot of people wouldn't buy it. Mark my word.

How is she going to do that, not only was she on the damn citadel, but the relays are gone in every god damn ending. Not only can she not take it back but everyone on omega is going to starve to death.

Scrap the old endings, completely, rework the Catalyst moment, into a boss fight maybe, but then rework it so Shepard can move again. SCRAP THOSE ENDINGS, or at least make the new one far different. I don't want complete dark where my virtual family lives. BRA-F**KING-VO, you made a dark ending. Not quite darkly poetic, it was like Beethoven finishing a grand performance by dropping trou and relieving himself on the stage.

If it is more co-op content, Bioware is dead to me.

That's pretty much already been confirmed, specifically more characters (sorry. no source but I know I've seen a dev state this somewhere).  Single player content, specifically things that happen during the campaign and before the end have also been more or less confirmed.

Well, he said we'll want to keep our copies of ME3 forever, so there must be something much more rewarding than MP content planned, at least I hope.  If he/Bioware want people to keep their copies forever, there's only one way to truly make that happen.  You all know what it is as well as I do.

First off, Arios, at least that would have the novelty of humor.

Secondly, I somehow doubt Mr. Gamble would say "HOLD ON TO THE GAME FOREVER" for a bonus co-op mission pack. No, I think there's more good stuff coming, and he apparently thinks it's a big deal.

I'll trust him on that one.

I'll trust him on that because I have no other choice, and I desperately want something to make up for ME3.  Hopefully we won't be let down again.

I think you people are misinterpreting this. When devs want you to keep a copy of their game and they want you to have an incentive to play it for a long time in most cases it means multiplayer. I recall very similar speeches from Uncharted 3 devs - they keep their fans interested by releasing more and more multiplayer packs and characters.
However U3 didn't have such a terrible ending as ME3, many people enjoyed the game and moved on to MP because it's that good.
Most likely BioWare will take the same route to please EA, not sure how many fans will keep their copies just for MP though, considering the ending of SP and that what you do there for GOW is essentially worthless.

It will be a sad day when a Bioware game is worth keeping after a single play-through just for the MP component.

Wait, I haven't played DA2 since I finished my first grind...
