This is news, I guess. They did stories on the DA2 backlash and that was a little less fervent.

Sorry, one ending thread was moved from the Story forum, and the other wasn't moved. They just renamed the section a little I think.

Thats a big negative my friend. They are too busy giving thumbs up for the game. Its is a good game i enjoy it but the ending is what the marjority  of people (myself included) are pee'd about. The game reviewers are either fanboys, in EA pockets or have never played the series.

Mass Effect 3 was one of the best games I've ever played until the end, It almost feels like a joke now :/

The game was great, 98% of all 3 of them were great...til the very end. I had an unstoppable human that whether through brute strength, a squad of three, or silver tongued awesome-ness could not be stopped...until the last 10 minutes when it mattered the most.

Exactly! It feels like you have lost sucide mission. And you can't  win. They are harbingers of your destruction.

I have a friend who's halfway through the game, and I asked him if he generally preferred to know about bad things in advance. He said no, so I didn't have the heart to tell him about ME3's ending.

Cause he expects bad things...not bad endings. I like how I got the top 3 choices, and I was thinking...this is wrong...I must not be high enough rated...I must have had to do more side missions...Something I did...and then I realized...this is like a break up. I didn't do anything wrong...I just got dumped by someone I probably shouldn't have been with in the first place.

Curse you bioware for thinking you were sexy and you know it xD

Until Bioware fix this mess i am buying no DLC, No other Bioware games and have cancelled my SWTOR subscription.
I really was Biowares biggest fanboy but unfortunatley I now want nothing to do with my favourite game developers until they admit they made a mistake and fix it.

at this point, even if i like the endings (havent been the game yet), the way they are handling this situation is pretty horrible.. moving the high traffic ending threads to the STRATEGY SECTION? seriously??

please tell me this is just a technical mishap and we will see these threads back where they should be.

I'll be joining you on canceling my TOR sub...I was holding out to see what patch 1.2 was going to be like next month, but this is just the last straw from Bioware and how they treat their fans and playerbase. Its almost like they really are spitting in our faces.

oh well...theres always GW2 to play soon.

lol I was just thinking this myself...that perhaps that final dream he has didn't end and that he dreamt the entire ending up and we really haven't begun the true final battle yet...and therefore there are more resolute endings in our future...

I am NOT buying any multiplayer DLC. I only want single player content!

So here's hoping for something good. Something that fixes the end, if not, at least some good story content.

If it were me, I'd spend the cash to remake this ending (though if it were me I wouldn't have made this ending to begin with) and patch it in. I would also announce this pretty soon. I would not want to suffer the loss of sales on future games, especially if I want to make more money off of the Mass Effect IP.

As far as the game goes, I would give it a 95% (and I'm stingy) until the last minute of the game, which would garner negative infinity rating. The ending was just such a horrible way to end such a great story.
