For the regular Widow I believe you get that on the Asari home world.

The Black Widow is just as strong as the Widow, has its armor piercing capabilities, with a higher volume of fire. If this thing were in MP, there'd be no question as to which sniper rifle is the best.

It is in Multiplayer (I have it) but I still prefer the regular Widow to itZzOoRrGg wrote...
