I've got mine saved to my hard drive.     Thus far I've noticed minor freezing after some conversations on Normandy (fixed by hitting Xbox home button on controller) and a glitch where Shepards head was locked onto Glyph (Shadow Broker's assistant) for the whole conversation.

People are quick to report glitches but most are not stating whether their playing the disk or saved to hard drive.

Any insights?

I've had both of these types of issues and I was running it off the disc, not the HDD, so that doesn't seem to be the problem. To compare notes, I have a an older model Xbox (circa Bioshock), original components, 10GB HDD, using composite video cables, with the Kinect, on an imported savegame that dates back through to ME1.

I'd had that "broken necked dialog" glitch you described, and also had several of those cases where the game froze up sometimes, both on the Normandy and other locations, and hitting the dashboard button broke it out of the freeze.

I have installed both discs to my XBox 360 hard drive. I have experienced no significant errors apart from very rare pauses during disc access when traveling.

I have observed that load times are improved over Mass Effect 2, which was not at all improved through hard drive installation. I have not, however, played the game prior to installation on the drive, thus I cannot say whether this load time improvement is a result of installation or just a feature of the game.
