Same here, on the PC.
Interesting thing to note though: In ME2, this is the planet where you go into the mines with the Reaper Relic, filled with husks and abominations, it's a planet scan side mission, designated N7: Abandoned Mine.

I also have the same bug. Has anyone even got an idea whether there is an inaccessible mission there, or if it's a leftout of something that was dummied out in the final product?

Same here. Perhaps this bug is related to the missing resource points that allow you to get the "best" ending without playing multi-player.

Just did a mission in the other system in this cluster, and noticed it [again] on my way back. The Minos Wasteland has been flashing on my Galaxy Map for a while now, though I don't remember when it started, and, just like everyone else, the planet Aequitas has it's name displayed in green, as if there is supposed to be a mission there. I'm on the Xbox 360, but I did a search here on the forums, and this thread had the most posts already... doesn't seem like it's platform specific, though, so figured I'd just post here, and throw in that I have encountered this bug as well.

Yes, like everyone else, Minos Wasteland is flashing away, with Aquetas highlighted in green. I'm pretty sure it started after completing Priority: Rannoch (and my Paragon override was available without having destroyed the Heretics in ME2).
The Asari Councillor mentioned something about a pocket of Reaper-controlled Geth, so my guess is that there
was supposed to be a Side Mission there, but it was cut due to time restraints. That, or it's an unintentional reveal regarding other Side/N7 Missions that will be available in the "free" DLC that comes with Limited Edition ME3 pajamas. Or the Offical ME3 Harbinger plushie. Or the ME3 geth head desk lamp.
Okay, even I might buy that last one.

I believe its a bug, in my first play through I got it. in NG+ it didn't appear.

I have had this on 2 play throughs, both first time through and then with NG+, not sure when it happened on my first playthrough but it showed up as soon as I finished Priority: Tuchanka.

I *had* this problem. After flying around for a bit, and doing something else, I noticed it had stopped flashing. Aequitas was no longer marked, either. This was before the point-of-no-return; I still had access to all the systems.
However, I did find the Citadel permanently flashing, after finishing all of the quests. I think this may be because they labeled it "Citadel" for convenience, not due to a mission, and that same label triggers the flashing as though there is a mission.

Well, at least I now know that this is not just happening with me- and that this isn't something standing between me and winning the war, lol. (PC Collector's Edition, for what that's worth). Really annoying when in super scan-everything mode to try to ignore this flashing beacon.
