Whenever I try to add BW points I get redirected to a Dragon Age 2 page that gives me the error "It appears as you have more than one accounts for this currency. Remove one and try again."
So I purchased BW points through Origin, but I can't see my BW points balance anywhere. Origin doesn't show the points balance anywhere, and clicking the add points button on the BW Social website also does not show the balance since it sends me straight to this error page.
I suspect I DON'T have any points, which is why I am unable to purchase ME3's From Ashes DLC without getting an error.
Either way, BW has charged me money for a product that I do not have. I would really like someoen from BW to contact me regarding this, as Origin support has been completely unable to help with this issue and has said I need to speak to BW about it.
More than one account error?

I have exactly the same problem as above.
As I'm currently in a state where I've paid money for something that doesn't work due to an apparent service error, I'd appreciate either EA or Bioware resolving this for me, please.
So how do we set about getting that done?

I have the same problem when I try to buy the DLC for ME2 or ME3 via Origin, in-game link, or Bioware Social site. I contacted EA email support and he wanted me to uninstall my game and download it over again, saying my game wasn't properly registered. I know this isn't the problem so I wrote back and still waiting for a response. I'm starting to think I should have just bought the games on PS3 even with the worse framerate.
Update: Someone on the EA forums who had this same problem just got it resolved via EA email support. I'm still waiting to hear back from support after they told me my game wasn't installed right and suggested the problem was on my end.

I just posted this in another thread but I will post it here in the hope of helping you guys:
I finally got this "more than one currency" problem resolved via EA chat support, email support wasn't helpful at all and twitter support ignored me. At first the chat person found no problem with my EA account but I further explained that other people were told it was a bioware points wallet issue, that they were assigned two wallets. He looked again and then fixed it! He said there were two wallets. Hope this helps others who are having the same problem, mention the two wallets.
