I don't think so. He had to sacrifice himself in order for the rest of the geth to understand something that went beyond mere data. I think they'd have had to basically tear him apart (or spread his processes amongst the others) At that point I just don't think they could get him back. Doubt they would have understood this until afterward... but he understood the choice he made.

Imagine donating your heart to someone else. This is basically what he did but instead in a brain sense.
