Never mind how long it takes to start up thanks to the ridiculous 'checking downloadable content' (twice) nonsense.
Failing to connect to the servers is a given. Failing to connect multiple times is a given. When it does connect it fails to check that I have any DLC. I might get 10 mins of playing after an hour of fannying about... only to lose connection (for both SP and MP).
Who is responsible for this hideous filth that is the consistent failure of the the EA/ME3 servers? Whom do I send a steaming bucket full of human faeces to to register my complaint.
The word 'Epic' is not nearly epic enough to describe this EPIC FAIL.

why not send a missive to one of the gaming review groups about how horrible the "EA Online Experiance" is especially when you combine it with "Origin"
who knows some report writer might even dig into the issue and publicly shame Ea into dropping there nasty DRM system...

That week maybe be longer I've been waiting for almost two now and resubmitted an email about it. Needless to say it's frustrating. you need to run an elevated comand promt and change your default setting to disable ecn
google for win8 disable ECN i'm sure someone has made a post about it already

but ECN is disabled by default on Win7 & Win 8. It's currently disabled on my system.
So that's not the cause of the problem...

I had this problem for months. Now suddenly I can connect. My game updated before it launched, and then it worked as it should and connected to the server with no issue (to bad I don't have time to play atm).
Just to let anyone who's having this problem know, I did absolutely everything with no result. Ports, firewalls, registry, updates, uninstalls, reinstalls, other wireless networks, temp files, the lot. Now it's working and I have no idea why. Just hope this continues.

There seems to be a really, really horrible latency problem though, same as I used to experience when I initially bought ME3.
Don't bother telling me it's on my side. It's not. There's something wrong with EA's servers and it'll actually save the company some bad reputation (and lots of future hassle!) to maybe just look into the actual problem. I mean...come on?

Sorry Bioware, but the service is disappointing. As many others, I keep on being kicked out from the MP games and I've followed all the advices from the thread...I even got a connection error on SP that sent me to the main menu. Hope to see some fix soon

I know its a real pain and sorry if you have already tried this but have you tried repairing ME3 and all, if any, DLC that you may have purchased since original ME3? Might be worth a go. Does seem as if the problem has been fixed for a lot of us.
