I was able to redeem char creator bonus ring, Stone Keeper, Collectors Items and purchased Wardens Keep already. The redeem website acting kinda laggy at times but if you keep trying you can get it done.

This always happens. It isn't EA calling them up and saying: "Hey guys, you can ship them today." It's the distributors deciding to ship them on their own. The distributors order the copies of the games which are delivered to them prior to the release date, but generally they are given instructions not to sell or ship them to the consumer before a specified date. Many retailers and distributors simply ignore this and sell/ship anyway. Therefore, EA isn't going to make an impromptu release date because a few people got it early. It was leaked on the internet. Does that mean all internet orders should have gotten their copies a week ago?
