Does anyone notice there's a lot of graphic banding or gamma problems with the game?

I wasn't able to take a screenshot, but this pic I found on the net comes close:

Look at the desk on the bottom left. Notice underneath the desk how the color gradient is not smooth, but all in bands? My entire Normandy entire is like that. On every wall. Just color bands everywhere. I notice if I lower the brightness, it kind of goes away, but then the game is too dark to see anything clearly. I compared hdmi vs vga, installed on disk vs running off disc, and I still get the same thing. It's very distracting.  ME2 didn't have this kind of graphical problem. Does anyone also notice this? Is there something wrong with my xbox? Can I fix this?

This is an old topic I know but I see the color banding too. I don't get why the reviewers haven't mentioned it, but it makes the game look ugly. I would be happy with ME1's simpler graphics because it doesn't have that issue. Unfortunately you can't fix it, and I don't think they care enough to fix the issue. I've made a topic myself about it a while back too.

its just another cut corner by bioware.
i had this issue all through out the entire game, it looks like walls are colored by crayons.
so many times i would notice a poorly textured spot while i was trying to figure out why dialogue was so quiet.
