Hi,

I have standard edition of Mass Effect 3 and has decided to buy From Ashes DLC. At that time I didn't have BioWare points on my account so I decided to buy From Ashes DLC by buying 800 BioWare points in Origin using my credit card. It's now in My Registered Game Content and visible in Origin when I click on "Shop For Add-Ons" (says "Purchased" and "You Own This").

The problem is, now I can't download From Ashes DLC after I bought it using Origin cuz Origin gives me an error message every time I try to download it:(

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

P.S. I'm from Russia.

I'm having the same issue. Only I bought the collectors edition of Mass Effect so "From Ashes" came free with it. So I entered the code and it kept saying that it was corrupted or couldn't verify the code. HELP! (I tried it both on this site and origin.)

Got collectors ed. too. Mine code says it wasnt found in database.

I'm having the same problem with the collectors edition, when I go to "Redeem Promo Code" it doesn't recognize the code.

Edit. Fixed it! The main problem is the instructions that come with the game are totally wrong. You have to do it through Origin by clicking "redeem a product code" and it won't download until you have run the game at least one and waited for the download to finish (otherwise you get a message about it being corrupt) .
